Lactation Care for you
Our Philosophy
Our journey together always starts with, “Tell me about your feeding goals.” This is the cornerstone of my philosophy on supporting people during the perinatal period, including with lactation. I am here to help you reach YOUR goals whether that is to feed for a few days, strictly pump and bottle feed, or exclusively breastfeed until baby self weans with the understanding that your goals may change over time.
Breast/chestfeeding is a natural act, but that doesn’t always mean it comes naturally or easily without challenges for everyone.
We hope to provide you with the practical tools, tips, tricks, and resources to help you reach your goals and navigate through your feeding journey.
Initial consultations are 1.5 hours long to get a full history, review goals, assess challenges, and create a care plan. We will then follow up according to your plan of care and needs to ensure you receive the support you need.
At this time, we only offer consultations in your home.
